Peter Hess é uma marca protegida na Europa, sendo a sua utilização regulamentada pelo Peter Hess Institut na Alemanha. A designação "Praticante de massagem de som Peter Hess" só pode ser adotada após a frequência dos seminários "Massagem de som grau 1", "Massagem de som grau 2", "Massagem de som grau 3 e 4", bem como do " Final do curso de massagem de som com supervisão", após entrega do respetivo certificado. Do mesmo modo, a designação " Massagem de som Peter Hess" só pode ser empregue após a conclusão da formação.

Sound Massage with singing bowls - Peter Hess Method
"Peter Hess" is an internationally protected trademark and its use is regulated by the Peter Hess Institute in Germany.
The application of Peter Hess sound methods - specifically in the therapeutic context - is based on a holistic understanding of the human being and the perspective of health and illness as different vibrational phenomena.
Sound vibrations act directly and indirectly on the human body, causing deep relaxation, followed by energy harmonization that triggers the healing and well-being proces
In this modality, the massage is carried out through the sound bowls or the respective sound vibrations, as the bowls are placed on the dressed body and vibrated by means of gentle percussion. The pleasant sound vibration, rich in harmonics, creates a space of well-being and relaxation. The sound vibrations thus generated are transmitted to the body, which, as it is made up of approximately 70-80% water, has an extraordinary capacity for transmitting sound. In this way, the physical vibrations from the sound bowls gradually travel through skin, tissues, body cavities, organs and bones, reaching the entire body.
